As a UNICEF Communication Specialist serving the populous states of Uttar Pradesh and Bihar in India for the last 20 years Augustine has been the voice of more children than any one else in human history. As a mentor and guide to young people he is into creating a 21st century skills and competencies revolution in India. He is mentoring and guiding young entreprenuers into setting up skills stations in their districts so that young people can acquire new marketable skills and become global players. IT skills, networking and cloud computing for the young are part of his scheme of things. Augustine is also known for his advocacy skills and capacity to build partnerships.
